About the role

In your role, you will work with both our local customers and with planning maintenance in our apartments. You will have ongoing contact with both existing and potential customers, conduct viewings, listen to needs, and represent the company in a professional and sales-oriented manner. You will also administer contracts and actively work to identify and attract new tenants to our premises.

Regarding planned maintenance of apartments, you will be part of a smaller team that together plans, prioritizes, and follows up on maintenance measures. The work involves analyzing needs, collaborating with contractors and internal functions, and contributing to the development of our processes and working methods.

As we are a smaller organization, other common tasks within property management may also arise when the business requires it, and you are expected to contribute where needed.

Qualifications

We are looking for a sales-oriented and relationship-building profile who is comfortable meeting people and enjoys representing the organization. You need to be self-driven, professional, and have a strong personal drive, while also working in a structured and meticulous manner.

Relevant experience is a clear requirement, preferably from the property industry or other assignments involving customer work and business management. Suitable education, such as in property management, economics, urban planning, or other related fields, is meritorious and strengthens your chances of succeeding in the role.

As the position involves travel within the municipality, a driver's license is required.
